HOD's Desk- Department of Mechanical Engineering....
The department currently offers B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, M.Tech in Industrial Engineering and Management and Ph.D. degree programs, with over 250 undergraduates, 36 post graduates and 2 Ph.D scholars on roll. It is a research centre of APJAKTU and under NDF scheme. The department has over 19 faculty members and 23 technical staff. The Department provides an enriching learning environment and is committed to mould all round development of its students and prepare the manpower that is globally competent. For this, the students are exposed to problems faced by our society, are engaged in outreach programmes and industry institute interactions, are encouraged to participate in co-curricular activities and professional development activities beyond the regular academic work.
