HOD'S DESK

“As an architect you design for the present, with an awareness of the past, for a future which is essentially unknown.” – Norman Foster. The department strives for the development of the student so as to equip him or her to be a socially responsible architect. They are given exposure to local construction practices, sustainable techniques in construction and building management system. The students as well as faculty are encouraged to undergo training and workshops in latest software so as to equip with the latest industry practice. Students are encouraged to participate in technical as well as cultural competitions. They are also encouraged to explore various avenues like clay modelling, mural painting, craft making, installations and paper sculpting. We have a good team of faculty members who work towards motivating and guiding the students.
