The Department of Electronics and Communication was established in the year 1991 and is housed
in an independent three storeyed building in the campus. The department offers TWO
undergraduate programme [4-yr B. Tech] in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), and
Robotics & Artificial Intelligence (R & AI) along with TWO Master’s degree program [2-yr M. Tech].
The post-graduate program in Advanced Communication and Information Systems (ACIS) started in
2011, followed by a second program in Advanced Electronics and Communication Engineering
(AECE) in 2013 and a third program in Robotics & Artificial Intelligence (R & AI) in 2024.
